Why does WIB do what we do?

Women in Business empowers fellow women to create a supportive network. We turn obstacles into opportunity and focus on the strength and grace it takes to be a successful woman in business. We prepare women to engage in leadership strategies that enrich their professional and personal lives.

What does WIB do?

Every week, we focus on relevant topics such as future career advice, personal branding, self-development, and practical skills to succeed in the professional world.
We provide opportunities for our members to participate through fundraising events, blogging, social media development, and mentorship programs.
WIB supports several events and organizations on the TCNJ campus and local community such as the Annual Women’s Leadership Summit, Women’s Entrepreneurship Week, Hack TCNJ, EmpowHer, and more.

When are WIB meetings?

We meet every Wednesday at 2:30pm in the Business Building Room 123.
If you can’t make it, don’t worry! We have various events throughout the semester, join our group-me and email list to stay updated.

Who are our members?

Anyone!!!
We welcome all majors and any gender to our meetings.
